### What is LiveYou?

Your digital self, with a team of AI Employees behind it. It learns your business, then runs the work that grows it — content, ads, customer messages and your pipeline — with you approving what goes out.

### I’m not technical. Can I use it?

Yes. You talk to LiveYou in plain English, the way you would with a partner, and approve what it proposes. The team handles the tools.

### Which languages does LiveYou support?

English and Arabic. LiveYou writes, answers and publishes in both, in your brand’s voice.

## Your business and tools

### Do I need to change my website or store?

No. LiveYou connects to what you already run. To put your Employee on your existing site, you add one line of code — nothing else changes.

### Does it work with my ERP?

Yes. Odoo connects directly: LiveYou reads your pipeline, customers and orders, and keeps the pipeline synced both ways within seconds. NetSuite, Xero, QuickBooks and hundreds more connect from the integrations library.

### Which platforms does it work with?

It publishes on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn and YouTube and more, brings messages from WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and Telegram and email into one inbox, and runs ads on Facebook, Google Ads and TikTok.

### How is it different from ChatGPT or Claude?

A chat answers when you ask and leaves the rest to you. LiveYou already knows your business, watches your market, and carries the work to the end: publishing, ads, answering your customers and following every lead to the sale.

## Control and privacy

### Can it post, message or spend without me?

Only if you allow it. Everything that goes out in your name — posts, messages, ads and spend — waits for your approval, and ad spend stays within the cap you set.

### Is my data kept separate?

Yes. Each company’s data is kept apart from every other company’s, and your personal LiveYou is separate from your businesses.

## Plans and billing

### What does the free plan include?

Your LiveYou and its public page: its AI brain, your knowledge and links, visitor conversations and lead capture — free, no credit card required. Adding a business and its AI team starts on the Business plan.

### Do you take a percentage of my ad spend?

No. You pay a flat subscription, so what we recommend is never tied to how much you spend.

### Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes. An upgrade applies immediately; a downgrade applies at the end of your billing period. You can cancel anytime.
